座谈交流
在座谈交流会上，郑德华副总裁向冯书记一行汇报了海特集团的业务发展情况以及下一步公司产业发展思路，表示海南自由贸易港具备明显的政策优势，公司对去海南自贸港投资兴业很有信心，将加强交流对接，认真深入研究做好合作项目的前期规划，积极推进合作业务进程，力争早见成效。
冯书记对海特2010年就走出国门到新加坡投资的战略眼光以及在航空和芯片产业取得的成绩表示赞赏。他表示海南将全力推进自由贸易港的建设，着力打造集旅游目的地、公务机运营和货运物流于一体的航空枢纽型临空经济产业。
他指出海特在海南的业务布局与海南自贸港的发展规划很契合，双方具有良好的合作基础和条件。希望海特集团把握机遇，用好海南自贸港政策，在航空技术服务、先进装备研发制造、航空维修、航空培训等领域，与海南开展务实合作，力争早日取得合作成果。海南将持续优化营商环境，全力做好服务保障工作。
此次调研考察为双方的合作搭建了更广阔的平台，双方都表示将深化探讨合作模式，积极寻求共赢局面，有助于推动海南本地经济增长，创造新的就业机会，助力海南省打造全新航空产业链，促进产业升级和经济结构优化。

Visit of Hainan government delegation to Haite AST Singapore
On November 25, 2023, Feng Fei, Secretary of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee, and his delegation visited Singapore Aviation Safety and Training (AST) Center. Zheng Dehua, Vice President of Haite Group, Peter Zhao, general manager of Haite Singapore and management gave warm reception of Hainan delegation and accompanying them to visit.
During the visit, they watched the company’s introduction video to know more about the company. After that, they came to the simulator hall to experience the pilot training process and the different types of Full Flight Simulators as well as Haite facilities and equipment.
Vice President of Haite Group, Zheng Dehua, presented to Mr Feng and delegation on the business development of Haite Group and the company’s next development strategy. He expressed confidence in investing and developing in Hainan Free Trade Port and emphasized the importance of strengthening communication and research in the early planning of cooperative projects and striving for early results.
Secretary Feng expressed his appreciation for Haite Group Special’s strategic vision in investing in Singapore in 2010 and its achievements in the aviation and chip industries. He stated that Hainan will fully promote the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port and strive to create an aviation hub that integrates tourism, business aviation, and freight logistics.
He pointed out that Haite’s business layout in Hainan is in line with the development plan of Hainan Free Trade Port, and both parties have a good foundation and conditions for cooperation. He hopes that Haite Group will seize the opportunity, make good use of the policies of Hainan Free Trade Port, and carry out pragmatic cooperation with Hainan in the fields of aviation technology services, advanced equipment R&D and manufacturing, aviation maintenance, and aviation training, striving to achieve cooperation results as soon as possible. Hainan will continue to optimize the business environment and do its best to ensure service.
This visit has laid a broader platform for cooperation between the two sides, and both parties have expressed their willingness to deepen the exploration of cooperation models and actively seek a win-win situation, which will help promote local economic growth in Hainan, create new employment opportunities, and help Hainan Province build a brand-new aviation industry chain, promote industrial upgrading, and optimize economic structure.
